With the Motivational & Accountability training package, you will receive a new custom program designed around your specific fitness goals each month, nutrition coaching, and twice weekly check-ins. During our check-in calls, I will help to ensure that you are making consistent progress and provide motivation, recommendations, and answer any training or nutritional questions that you may have.
Do you have your own home gym? Would you rather not leave your house?! Let us come to you! If you live in or near the Las Vegas area then in-home training may be an attractive option for you!
This is a private 1-on-1 session that can take place either virtually or at any local gym in Southern Highlands radius of Las Vegas (requires membership).
If taking place virtually, client can workout at their own local gym (if allowed), or in their home if proper equipment requirements are met.
